Returns and Exchange Policy for Online Purchases

1- RETURNS
At The Dress Shop Las Vegas, we take pride in offering carefully curated dresses for every occasion. To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our collection, all sales are final. This means we do not accept returns, provide store credits, or issue refunds. Your purchase is confirmed only after agreeing to these terms at checkout.

 

2- EXCHANGES (Size Only)
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. For this reason, we offer one-time size exchanges per purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are only available for the same dress in the same color and only if the requested size is in stock.
  • The cost of shipping the original dress to The Dress Shop will be covered by the customer.
  • A $50 shipping fee will be charged for the exchange.
  • The replacement dress will only be shipped once the original dress is received at The Dress Shop Las Vegas in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your dress by contacting us at info@thedressshoplv.com or calling (702) 844‑8559.

 

3- PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed with care to ensure the highest quality. Processing times may vary depending on product availability. For items not in stock that must be ordered from designers, additional time may be required. To ensure timely delivery, please provide an accurate "event date" at checkout.

4- SALE ITEMS
Dresses in our "Sale" section are clearance items and are final sale. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. These dresses may have been tried on before, and their condition can range from brand new to lightly worn.

5- CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All items returned for an exchange must meet the following conditions:

The dress must be in its original, unworn condition, with tags attached.

The dress must be shipped back with all original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

 

How to Request an Exchange:

 

  1. Contact us at info@thedressshoplv.com or (702) 844‑8559 within 2 days of receiving your dress to initiate an exchange.
  2. Follow the instructions provided by our team to return your dress.
  3. Once we receive the original dress in acceptable condition, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement.
